Because our skincare is created for personal use, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. This protects the integrity of our formulations and the safety of our customers. That said, we are fully committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition — and that you feel completely supported in your journey with us.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened Products
If your item is unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging, it may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Should your order arrive damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos. We’ll make it right immediately with either a replacement or full refund.
Opened/Used Products
For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. However, if you’re unsatisfied with your experience, our team will work with you personally to find a thoughtful solution.
Process
- Email us at angel@peptide-ritual.com with your order number and reason for your request.
- If eligible, you’ll receive return instructions and, in cases of damaged/incorrect items, a prepaid shipping label.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
