Processing Time 

 All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer secure, tracked shipping for all orders.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Typical delivery times:

  • Domestic Orders (Within the U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your region and customs processing.

 

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can follow your shipment’s progress at any time until it is safely delivered.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses where carrier services allow.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Peptide Ritual™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost, severely delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to us at angel@peptide-ritual.com.
We will work directly with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a solution for you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are unable to reroute deliveries once an order has been shipped.

Shipping Q&A

How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days
  • USPS Priority delivery usually arrives in 2–4 business days after shipment
  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships
Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.
Because Peptide Ritual™ products are skincare and personal-use items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
  • Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded for safety and quality reasons
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds may be provided via the original payment method, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle, depending on the original transaction and processing method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

At this time, we do not ship to other international destinations.
