How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days
- USPS Priority delivery usually arrives in 2–4 business days after shipment
- You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships
Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because Peptide Ritual™ products are skincare and personal-use items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging
- Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded for safety and quality reasons
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds may be provided via the original payment method, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle, depending on the original transaction and processing method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
